Intertel Luxembourg & greater region is proud to announce a shared event:
the group visit of the largest hadron collider on Earth (so far), the famous CERN, in Geneva, Switzerland.

Aside of an “average tourist” exposition, Intertel GR proposes you a guided tour of the installations,
with a qualified scientific guide. The actual visit will last about 3 hours.
It will span over various areas, but CERN will provide a bus.
Indeed, we will not remain at the exhibition centre, but instead also visit the backstage.

As this organization implies lots of associations, the visit will be held in English.
However, as we are in Switzerland, there should be ways to get specific answers
or questions translated from German or French also…

(Anyway, particle physics and quantum mechanics are unintelligible by design…)

How to book this unique event ?

If you are Intertel member, of if you belong to one of the invited organizations/clubs/groups listed below,
contact your local representative.
He/she received a set of Tokens that are personal invitation especially for you !

In order to book your visit, please enter your details,
as displayed on your ID or passport, on this
event reservation server.

What else to do around Leman lake ?

The good plan is to enjoy the 29th of May 2025 (which is a bank holiday in most State-members) to come to Geneva, and stay until Sunday to enjoy the area.

There are so many pleasant destinations, historical sites, nice villages and tours to enjoy around Leman lake…

The place where France is plan to dig its worst, most active nuclear wastes.
We will descend in the real deposit area, 500 meters under the ground level.
